REDS:

PROVENANCE MERLOT 2018, NAPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA $17.99 This Merlot is selected from some of Provenance’s finest vineyards in Napa Valley (such as Oakville), which adds dark fruit, a dense texture, and a flinty finish. Provenance also sources grapes from Oak Knoll, which brings ripe red and blue fruit, spice and a focused acidity due to the deeper soils and older vines. With several vineyards, this producer enhances their Merlot’s elegant, fruit-forward flavors. This structured, fruit-forward, 100% Merlot showcases ripe blueberry and plum flavors, accompanied by layers of herbal spice. Pair with seared flank steak or drink on its own!
GALACTICA, CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2024, MAULE VALLEY, CHILE $12.99 A dynamic red that brings out the essence of Chilean terroir with polish winemaking techniques, sourced from three distinctive vineyards in the heart of the Maule Valley, a region known for its granitic soils, cool coastal influences, and stable climate. This vibrant blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Syrah, aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak barrels shows notes of dark cherry, plumbs and rhubarb with hints of cigar box, clove, eucalyptus and leather. Undertones of blackberry, dark chocolate, ripe currants and baking spice come through on the finish. The oak is well integrated leading to a well balanced, fruit driven wine with soft tannins on the finish. Pair with grilled meat and portobello mushroom skewers.
VENTISQUERO RISERVA PINOT NOIR 2023, CASABLANCA VALLEY, CHILE $15.99 Ventisquero Wine Estates own vineyards across all of Chile’s main wine-producing regions, focusing on sustainability, innovation and passion. Each wine produced is a unique expression of the character of the grape and region, and the Reserve Pinot Noir is no exception. This wine has an elegant bouquet, predominated by fresh red berries such as strawberries and raspberries, intermingled with soft spicy notes and a hint of vanilla contributed by the maturation in French oak. This refreshing, delicate-bodied wine has good acidity and smooth tannins, which give it a fresh, silky mouthfeel. Persistent in the finish, in which notes of fresh red fruit, vanilla and spices are again apparent. Pair with salmon or spiced poultry.

WHITES:

FOLK MACHINE, WHITE LIGHT 2024, NORTH COAST, CALIFORNIA $16.99 This white varietal blend from south of Sac and Mendocino is made in a fresh light spritzy style. The nose opens with a light floral note with citrus, white peach, and a mix of tropical fruits. On the palate this is light with good acid and a flavor set of wet stones, white flowers and white fruits. Driven by the idea of making a lightly aromatic textural wine, something not super dry or super fruity, this wine always strives to be fresh, acid-leaning, mineral, saline/briny extremely drinkable and easy to enjoy. The pieces of this blend were all fermented in stainless steel tanks and the blend was assembled in pieces as the fermentations finished. Pair with shrimp, spicy foods, or fried offerings!
HERENCIA ALTES, GARNACHA BLANCA 2023, TERRA ALTA, SPAIN $15.99 Made from a mix of old and young vines grown on sandy and chalky soils around Batea and Gandesa, the Garnatxa Blanca from Herència Altés is harvested by hand early to retain the grape’s natural acidity. It is fermented by indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness. This Garnatxa blanca is a fresh, honest, and balanced wine. A splendidly expressive nose offers citrus and fruity aromas as well as Mediterranean herbs. Very fresh in the mouth, with an elegant and lively acidity. Pair with traditional tapas from the Ebro Delta region: cuttlefish, baby squid and steamed mussels!
THE PINOT PROJECT, PINOT GRIGIO 2024, VENETO, ITALY $16.99 The grapes for this Pinot Grigio are harvested from the prestigious growing region of Veneto, Italy, where the clay and limestone soils as well as temperate climate create an ideal environment for producing wines with great natural acidity. This selection is completely unoaked to maintain freshness. On the nose, we can find notes of candied lemon peel and vibrant pear aromas. The wine is round and ripe on the palate, balanced by medium-plus acidity with notes of Granny Smith apple and lime followed by peaches on the finish. A testament to the quality of the growing season, there is a dry, crisp and lingering finish. Pair with seafood, pasta, light cheeses and, of course, friends and family. Great for weekends, nights, and all times in between.
